A simple breathing exercise (also called "square breathing") to help you de-stress
                        yourself.
                    You can also use this to unwind yourself after a long writing session.
                    Get relaxed with four easy steps:
                    
                        - Breathe in deeply for around four seconds
- Hold your breath for around four seconds
- Breathe out for around six seconds
- Hold your breath for around four seconds
Repeat this for a few minutes or until you start feeling better.
